Ventromax Plunger
The Ventromax plunger is most effective on wells that can build the required energy quicker than the average conventional plunger falls to the bottom of the wellbore.
Plunger tracking has shown that the fall speed of the Ventromax Plunger is on average 1.3 to 2 times faster than a conventional plunger.
Once it is in the fluid and is energized by the wells flow, a fluid hydraulic/mechanical seal is created in the SVP (Smart valve port) that will make the plunger rise to surface more efficiently.

Free Flow Rod Plunger
Designed to operate in wells that are flowing at or near critical rate producing high volumes of gas and fluid. It will fall against gas flow in a continuous application or with minimal shut in time. No trigger rod required for the lubricator as there is an internal rod built into the plunger. The spring clutch eliminates the plunger rod from shifting during travel, thus giving the Producer consistent cycles.

Two Piece Sleeve Plungers
The Two Piece Sleeve plunger has the fastest fall rate of all the Bypass plungers. This plunger incorporates a large diameter ball to close off the open valve seat area at the bottom of the plunger. This ball is independent of the plunger body and falls rapidly into the tubing once the plunger reaches the trip rod. The plunger body follows the ball into the tubing and joins the ball at the down-hole spring. The up- flowing gas pushes the combined two-piece plunger to the surface.
This design is very durable and using the clutched operation it contains the ball in the open position until plunger has reached surface and the trip rod removes the ball from the sleeve.
